The Phoenix Area HUD Home Auction is this Saturday, March 26 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge starting at 1pm. There are 150 HUD properties available for this extraordinary owner-occupant event which also includes the FHA $100 Down Program for auction properties only.

· 3% Seller paid closing costs
· 3% Seller paid commission to HUD registered selling agents.
· Owner-Occupant Purchaser's Only
o Must live in the property as a primary residence for 12 months and have not purchased a HUD home as an owner occupant within the last 24 months
Buyer Requirements on Auction Day:
· A $1,000 cashier's check made payable to: "HUD OR Buyer's Name"
· Pre-qualification letter printed on bank/lender letterhead or verification of cash funds.
o Letter of Verification must include: Buyer's name, amount and verification of credit check/income.
· Owner-Occupant Certification (to be signed after an awarded bid)
· Photo ID
